WhatsApp Messaging Policy of Organización Parkway Viajes y Turismo S.A.S. (Law 2300 of 2023)

At Organización Parkway Viajes y Turismo S.A.S. (hereinafter, “the Agency”), we are committed to complying with Colombia’s Law 2300 of 2023, which establishes measures to protect consumers’ right to privacy, especially regarding commercial messages and calls.
1. Authorization and Express Consent
In accordance with Law 2300 of 2023, we will only send WhatsApp messages to users who have granted us their prior, express, and informed authorization for this purpose.
Your consent may be obtained through:
- A checkbox on forms on our website, clearly indicating that you authorize the sending of WhatsApp messages and their intended purpose.
- Verbal confirmation recorded during a phone call or in-person visit, during which you will be informed of the message purpose and asked for your consent.
- Any other means that demonstrate your unequivocal consent to receive communications through this channel
2. Purpose of WhatsApp Messages
Messages we send via WhatsApp will serve the following purposes, always in accordance with the authorization you have granted:
- Travel Information: Booking confirmations, itinerary updates, flight reminders, service changes, travel documents, etc.
- Customer service and support: Answering questions, assistance during your trip, follow-up on requests.
- Commercial and promotional information: Special offers, new destinations, travel packages, discounts, and news from the Agency that may be of interest to you.
- Operational notifications: Payment reminders, requests for pending documents, relevant information for the execution of your service.
We will refrain from sending commercial or promotional messages outside the hours established by Law 2300 of 2023 (between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Informational or support messages related to the execution of your trip may be sent at any time if they are urgent or operational in nature.
3. Right to Revoke Consent
You have the right to revoke your consent to receive WhatsApp messages at any time and free of charge. You may do so by:
- Replying to any WhatsApp message with a request to be removed from our database.
- Contacting us through the communication channels listed below.
Once we receive your revocation request, we will stop sending you commercial or promotional messages via WhatsApp within a reasonable period, except for those strictly necessary for the fulfillment of a contracted service or legal obligation.
